Title: Your Vision Is Stronger Than Your Pain: Trust The Process

> “If you quit now, you’ll end up right back where you first began. And that place is no longer good enough for you.”

---

Every morning, life gives you two choices: stay comfortable and accept average—or get uncomfortable and chase greatness.

Most people settle. Why? Because average feels easy. But you? You’re not here to be average.

Your body, mind, and soul deserve more.

There’s something deep inside you—a hunger. That hunger is your future calling. It’s why you feel restless. It’s why you’re tired of excuses. It’s why you can’t pretend to be satisfied anymore.

But be warned: growth demands sacrifice.

Your muscles will burn.

Your mind will argue.

People will doubt you.

And none of that matters.

The world respects results. Results come from effort.

When you step into the gym, onto the field, or into your own private battles each day—do it for your future self. The version of you five years from now will either thank you or regret you.

Don’t break your own heart with wasted potential.

Today, tell your doubts to shut up. Tell your excuses they’re fired.

You’re working. You’re healing. You’re becoming.

Today’s Action Steps:

Start With Gratitude: Before you train, list 3 things you’re grateful for. Mindset fuels performance.

Minimum Daily Movement: 45 minutes of movement today. Walk. Run. Lift. Stretch. Just move.

Speak Victory: Say this out loud:
“I am building a life worth living. My pain is temporary, but my power is permanent.”

Limit Excuse Time: Set a 5-minute timer. Allow yourself 5 minutes to feel tired or negative—then get up and execute.

Message From Coach Leo (Leopold Ashley III):

I’ve been where you are. Sore. Tired. Questioning if the fight is worth it. But every time I move, every time I train, I’m proving to myself that I’m not done.

I’m not chasing approval. I’m chasing purpose.

If you’re reading this, understand: I’m in this with you. Not from a stage—but from the trenches.

I lost 6 toes. I lost stability. I lost comfort. But I never lost my vision.

You’re going to watch me rebuild everything—mind, body, and soul. And I hope my journey inspires you to rebuild yours.

Let’s keep going. The world hasn’t seen our best yet.

1Luv,
Coach Leo
